Our partnership with surface restoration engineers in combination with the use of certified materials, equipment and specialized trained personnel led to the implementation of CSRMS which consists in the following stages: AUTOPSY – STUDY – ASSESSMENT – ORGANIZATION – PROCESSING – QUALITY CONTROL- DELIVERY. The implementation of the CSRMS guarantees ‘SURFACES RESISTANT IN TIME AND HARD ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS’. Our system is applicable to all size and scale projects and in compliance with the industry’s standards. Our Sales Department supplies all projects with all materials, equipment and technical knowledge needed to provide success to all of your projects. The Pytheas Group provides wet or dry sandblasting services at your location or at our own facilities. Our blasting service can be tailored to your application by using wet or dry and high or low pressure methods to achieve the exact result specified by the customer. We also provide low and high pressure water blasting services to compliment our abrasive blasting. We only use certifiably environmentally safe blasting media.

The Pytheas Group has facilities fully equipped with ramps, forklifts, all the right tools and experience to assemble the exact blasting package that you need.Combining the impressive gamut of products from The Farrow System, Norexco and Rotair, we are prepared to create blasting systems that don’t even exist yet on the market!!

We design and fabricate chassis, trailers, hose reels and mounting platforms custom to the needs of our customers. No matter what kind of surface restoration business you intent to start, we have designs and packages that will get your blasting business off the ground and making money.

The options are vast, but here are some examples of potential portable blasting packages:

Slurry blasting unit powered by portable electric compressor on a trailer.
A three-ton truck equipped with extra-large duty (250 CFM+) diesel compressor powering a double head unit capable of powering two blasters for double the production.

High Pressure Water Cleaning & Degreasing

Degreasing and Cleaning. The task of industrial cleaning and degreasing covers a wide range of applications across almost every conceivable industry, particularly in wash bays for heavy vehicles, trains, and vessels.

Regular cleaning is a vital part of most industrial maintenance regimes and it’s not just about maintaining appearances. Keeping equipment, vehicles and workspaces clean is an integral part of looking after critical infrastructure as well as maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. It is a necessary first step before the sanding of any surface, its proper cleaning.

Olivine – (Green Lightning, Magnesium Iron Silicate) – Abrasive abrasive material – natural mineral. Olivine is characterized by extremely low consumption when combined with water-repellent systems such as the Farrow System. It is the ideal material for polyester, wood and aluminum where (1 to 4 years depending on the granulometry becomes a light fertilizer). Aluminum Oxide, (Sintered Aluminum Oxide)

Aluminum Oxide, (Sintered Aluminum Oxide) – Chemically similar to the known aluminum oxide. It presents an impressive reusability in closed sandblasting at a very economical price. Calcium Carbonate

Calcium Carbonate – One of the smoothest sandblasting materials). It is economical due to its high availability worldwide. Our calcium carbonate is processed and screened with modern processes resulting in precise particle size suitable for sandblasting. Calcium carbonate is useful for removing paint from fragile surfaces such as marbles and polyester or simply for cleaning them. It is especially recommended for smooth surfaces. Slurry Blasting Stone Buildings

MASONRY RESTORATION

Our workshop has extensive experience in the removal of lime and other masonry coatings by the method of water hammering. The stone surfaces are exposed to weather conditions, exhaust gases, dirt, smoke. Water slurry or dry type water injection (also suitable for indoor use) has the potential to quickly remove these substances with minimal effect on the substrate and minimal disruption to the surrounding environment.
